Gainsight opens new office in Hyd
Gainsight, a software as a service (SAAS) company, has moved to a new premises in Hyderabad, as demand for its customer success, product experience and community products has grown.

Hyderabad: Gainsight, a software as a service (SAAS) company, has moved to a new premises in Hyderabad, as demand for its customer success, product experience and community products has grown.
The company, which started in Hyderabad and serves clients including Cisco, Citrix and Athenahealth, had offices in India since 2012 in Hyderabad and expanded to Bengaluru in 2015. The company's Indian operations contributed to every facet of Gainsight's global business, from engineering and operations to customer support. The new premises will be located in DivyaSree Trinity, Madhapur, and allow the company to rapidly scale its Indian operations. Gainsight Hyderabad team count doubled during the last two years from 300 to 600. The company's investment in India is expecting to grow 15 to 20 per cent per annum.
"Our office in Hyderabad is the heart of Gainsight, including the vast majority of our technical staff and large fractions of our support/services and operations teams, as well. The quality of the talent in Hyderabad is extraordinary," said Karl Rumelhart, Chief Product Officer, Gainsight.

It has experienced fast expansion across the world, recently acquiring InSided in The Netherlands, and opening an office in Tokyo. Gainsight joined the Vista Equity Partners portfolio in 2020.
